Welcome and thank you for visiting My Trove. We hope you enjoy browsing and shopping on our website but firstly, please take a moment to read our terms and conditions.
By using this website, mytrovegifts.co.uk, and/or ordering products, you are agreeing to comply with the terms and conditions set out below.
The majority of our products are handmade and therefore may vary between each item of the same description. For example, all our wooden letters and shapes used on our keepsake boxes are individually hand-painted. This is stated in the product description where applicable.
As many of our products are handmade, there may only be a limited amount produced, particularly if fabric or other supplies become discontinued. We reserve the right to alter designs and product descriptions prior to you placing an order.
Personalisation displayed on our product images are examples only. When you place a personalised order with My Trove, it is your responsibility to ensure that all names and other details, such as date of birth, are entered and spelt correctly.
For peace of mind, we will send a confirmation email of your order for you to check. If you realise you have made a mistake, please let us know by phone or email as soon as possible. Any mistakes made by yourself may incur a small charge if we have already started working on your personalised item.
On receipt of your goods, please make sure to check the personalisation as soon as you can. If we have made a mistake of our own fault, please inform us by email or phone within 72 hours and we will amend your item free of charge. Rest assured we take great pride in our work!
PRICES & PAYMENT
Our prices are clearly stated against each product we sell on our website. Postage costs are not included in the product price and are added at checkout. Full details of our delivery charges can be found on our delivery page as well as on the product information pages.
Payment for items is required up front when placing your order through our website. We accept credit and debit card payment through our secure payment gateway, Create payments.
Items which are made to order and/or personalised will take longer to be delivered than other items (provided they are in stock at the time of order). For up to date delivery timescales, please refer to the delivery page. We cannot be held responsible for any delays due to our delivery provider.
During busy periods such as Fathers Day or Christmas, delivery may take longer than usual but we will always make you aware of this prior to ordering. We would strongly recommend ordering well in advance during these times - we don't want you to miss out on that special gift!
RETURNS & CANCELLATION
We cannot accept returns or cancellations for personalised items unless they are faulty.
For all other non-personalised items, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of ordering or receiving your order. However, any postage costs are to be funded by the buyer (you) when returning an item. If the product is faulty, we will refund the full amount and postage costs.
To cancel/return an item, please email us at [email protected] before sending the item back.
Please return the items to us in the original packaging and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Our returns address is: My Trove, 17 Cedardale Park, Widnes WA8 3JU

All designs, photographs and text remain the property of My Trove. You are not prohibited to copy or reproduce any design or website content for personal or commercial use.
CHANGES TO T&Cs
From time to time, we may alter these terms and conditions in order to keep up-to-date with current legislation. Please keep yourself updated with our terms and conditions on a regular basis. These terms and conditions are in accordance with the laws of England.
